High-quality steel conical burrs deliver a very consistent and uniform grind, ideal for plunger/French press, pour-over, AeroPress, siphon, moka pot. Whilst it can be calibrated for espresso (finer), it won’t offer the step-less adjustment range required to perfectly dial in your espresso for a high-end espresso machine. But, the Encore will do just fine for a lower-end machine or a manual espresso maker, like the Nanopresso.

With 40 stepped adjustment settings, the Encore has more than enough accurate and repeatable grind settings, ideal for alternative brewing and capable for espresso. (may require burr calibration)
